Can someone please let me know how to set the system time on a BCM 400 with 4.0 SW? Can it be done from a phone or is a network connection needed?

I have a CICS with Callpilot 100 where a caller goes into the AA and selects an extension at first hears a error message saying, "that is an invalid extension". But if they re-dial the same extension is transfers to it. Any idea why?
I have a BCM 400 Rel 4.0. Some of the users can access their mailboxes by pressing ** at a greeting or AA prompt but others get "Exiting the system" and are disconnected. The system has been rebooted with no effect. They have all initialized their mailboxes and we also tried using 88 instead of...
New to BCM and have users that can't access voicemail boxes remotely. When they press ** at the AA greeting they just hear "exiting the system" and it disconnects. They have all initialized their mailboxes already. Any ideas?
