    Cisco 1800W Help

    Got a Cisco 1800W Router that on boot All leads Flash Three times but after that only the sys ok contiues to flash and i can also hear the fans going. but no link on any ports. Does this router need to be Flashed with new software? Need help I am a Newbie Thanks
