    Hey, thanks for the info. What Novell client are you using on the XP machines? Currently we're using 4.83 for XP/2000. There are a couple of service packs for the client that I'm aware of, but I haven't tried them on this system yet.

    Are the attachments saved with long filenames? I'm asking because I currrently have a user in our company whose experiencing a similar problem. If the attachment is sent to him with an old style 8.3 filename, he can open it just fine. If the attachment has a long filename, he gets errors...
