Outside Caller using name directory
When a outside caller a search of our name directory they only get hits on users of that sites call processor. Has anyone been able to set it up so a outside call can search for a user on all call processors?- BOb21115

Voice mail from other NBX's on WAN listed as outside caller
Is it normal for voice mail from a user on the same WAN but differnt Call processors to be lists as a outside call. In my inbox I receive a voice mail from a extention that is located on another call processor and it says: Voicemail 1 from outside call @ some time. but its from one of my users.- BOb21115
