That sounds like it would be a possibility except that we go to "Contacts", select the "Distribution List" we want to send to, then press the "Message to Contact" icon. This should ensure that the current list populates the "To" slot, shouldn't it?
We are using distribution lists in Outlook 2007. We have a recurring problem that, although we've checked and the deleted address appears nowhere in the distribution list, messages still sent to the distribution list still go to the deleted address. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
