I've got a number of CDA users who can sucessfully log into CDA but when they try to go ready they get an error message saying that they cant as their phone is out of service?? Any idea??

The problem i have at the moment is that Radius account can telent to a switchand logon using their credential but only in user mode not exec.

Currently have an issue where our phones loose the Personal & Corporate Directory Service. The only way i have been able to restore this service is by - pressing setting 3, 33, and Erase Configuration.
Does any one know why this is happening and a more permanent fix

yes, this is fine but we run extension mobilty, so can only login into one phone at a time unless i create two different device profiles with the same number, just seems a bit of a messy way of doing things.
Any other suggestions?
this is set to 7ms but the strange thing is that if you dial a number using speed dials or redial it is instant hut dialing a number has a delay.This is the same of internal & external numbers
has anyone come across this before and what was the fix
If i dial any number from my phone there is a 5 second delay before it is actually dialed but if i press redial it works straight away as you'd expect.
I have reboot call manager and has not fixed the problem
