    CoCreateInstance returns 0x8007000E

    Hello. I have a application which constist of an exe and two in proc servers. The first in proc server creates and uses the other one. When the first server calls CoCreateInstance on the second one i get an an out of memory result. Any suggestions on how to specify or solve this problem?? Thanks...
