Does anyone have any diagrams of voltage output readings on the PZ-PW121? I believe I have a bad power supply. The phone system works fine but the analog ports get sub par voltage readings. I get 50 volts AC on ringing voltage and 24 volts DC on idle.

When a call comes in, the caller ID is displayed but only for a short time and when you answer the call, the info goes away. Is there a way to keep the Caller ID info on the screen during the call or allow the displayed info stay longer than it is?

I have the bit tool and the 3 CDs to image a new hard drive. i have several sets of the 3 imaging CDs and everyone of them come up with a error of Decompression error on the 3rd CD. Is this a known problem with Nortel? Is there a work around?
