I am trying to group the age of cases in my database. The field called "Age" is numeric and can equal 1-150 (in days) depending on the date when a ticket was created.
What I am trying to do is group into 5 categories, <1 day, <3 days and > 1, <5 days and > 3.....etc

Yes, there is 2 Status fields. I did what you had recommended and I had the same results as using the select expert.
E.g. It is showing Incidents that are open, with closed tasks, however some of those incidents have open tasks as well.
I only want to see incidents where ALL tasks...
