Hi all hope ye can help me
On our Symposium system we have a graphical display and when call reach a certain level & i think the Disply pops up no on monitor no matter wha tyou workin on and continues to pop up .
My question is how do i adjust or turn this off.

Lately we have noted that at times there are calls queuing on the real time display while agents are available but they are not being presented to the idle agents.
We have Symposium 4.5

Wwe have Nortel 4.5 and it works grand but lately we have been seeing calls waiting, while we have calltakers waiting but they are not going to the user. can you help me is it a update problem.

Our business has symposium 4.5 for call centre. We have approximatley 40 phones on line.
However sometimes lately we can see call queuing and we have call takers available but however they are not getting the call. they have the required permissions and this only happens perhaps 2 or 3 times...
