    Bugcheck on NT 4 sp6a

    Random NT 4 BSOD's since 12-2002: This was due to a flaw in the wm_timer patch which was issued 12-2002. Microsoft re-issued the patch with the flaw fixed. The updated bulletin is dated 4-30-2003: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/bulletin/MS02-071.asp
