also when I'm in the PIX and I try to ping the 192.168.1.1 (our ASA main router) it returns no packets. Does anyone have any idea's? Or any further information that would help?
I'm not sure what an sh run is, but the topology works basically like this. Our main office is in Bryan. It has an asa 5505 (192.168.1.x) another office (that one that's not working) is a PIX 501 (192.168.2.x) and we have one other office that runs a PIX 501 that's working correctly...
We have a PIX 501. It seems to have shut our internet off. I don't really know anything about this, or any other cisco thing either, but I've been tasked with trying to figure out why. We have a site to site VPN on our other offices. We've temporarily put a linksys router and have people using...

How do you get into these routers? If I get the password reset is there an easy way to administrate these routers? Is it just telnetting into it? Basically what's going on is I have to buy another asa router because one of our satallite offices routers went down. I will have to set it up to vlan...
Hello,
I am the owner of a CPA firm. My IT guy was recently fired and we seem to be having some issues with our routers. However the only thing that he gave me was some sort of a wierd config file with passwords that don't look right. I'm just trying to figure out how we can get into our...
