    Debugging: Source and Line number

    I'm using several different compiler/OS combinations. The main one I'm worried about now is NT 64-bit with Intel, but I also use various Linux distros, as well as some UNIX systems (many with different compilers).

    When the program crashes, it prints out some information, but it always says Source and Line are unknown. Is there any way to make it actually tell me this information? I'm already giving the compiler /debug:full. Thanks.
