Thank you so much, Tony! Unfortunately, my 2004 Word for Mac does not have the "Select all n instances" function. However, I was able to delete the style plus the text using your Find and Replace instructions. Many, many thanks for solving something that has had me scratching my head for several...- mclan

Is there a way to delete both style and the text contained therein?
I'm using Microsoft Word 2004 to create transcripts from lectures. I was asked to insert time markers, so created a style for them. Now they want the markers eliminated. Is there any way to delete both a style AND the text contained within that style in one or two simple moves? If I need to use...- mclan
