    Thanks disturbedone I got it fixed. It turned out to be nothing more than a CSU problem. I installed Adtran CSU and it's working fine.

    Has anyone else expeienced problems with PRI and Fax issues? I am installing a IPX office using XO (provider) "flex" PRI (a VOIP/MPLS type PRI) my faxes won't send or receive. DID's work fine, fax answers but won't complete. Sending faxes-connects to far end fax but won't complete transmission...
