    Walter, My docking station has a serial port only as well. I'm using a Belkin F5U409 USB to serial port converter. So when I load up truesync the connection option offered is Com port 3, but the usb/belkin port is COM port 6. Michael

    Help! Attempted to install Truesync Plus on a Vista laptop with USB ports and docking station. Truesync does not recognize the USB port where the docking station is connected. Any thoughts? much appreciated!
