We are looking to set up a few i2050 for remote use via our SSL VPN. Any suggestions for documentation / best practices on how to get this set up. I looked for some documentation from Avaya, but didn't see anything online. Thanks
We upgrade recently to CC6 and have not been able to schedule and export reports to a file on a common drive or fold on a users desktop.

Anyone having issues with the voice mail messages not playing once you open the Outlook message? I have it set to "confirm settings before playing", the play opens, it says its playing, but there is nothing.
We are running CP 5.0 on Outlook 2002. Otherwise, its a great tool!

We just upgraded to CP 5.0 and are in the process of turning up the Desktop Messaging. Two questions/problems:
Has anyone experienced the vm messages not play on the PC. Sometimes it plays, other times it does not? You may have to close the message and reopen a few times to get it to play...
