It's getting late if I remember you have to set up ring groups for both the sets and the lines, first figure out who and what lines are to be answered then place the lines and sets to the same groups ie pick-up group 1 and line group 1 assign the DN's to each group.
Recently we had simular problem first unplug your Call Pilot now on your Norstar do Feature (xftest) remove all the old codes if there are any, replug your CP wait about 5-10 mins check in the maintence program of your KSU if it sees the CP then try Feature 983 on one of your sets either M7310...
If your not afraid of deleting all the programming you can disconnect the power open the cover and find the clock battery, if you short it, it will reset the password (not recommended by nortel)
