    Charts are black in Powerpoint 2003

    Hi there, Just today all the charts for one of our users turned black. He is able to go into the chart properties (the pallet) and reset the color which will fix it but then you have to do that for each and every chart. Any ideas? I can't find anything on google Thanks!
