    Found the solution: Select the Y axis Choose Format, Format Selected Axis Select the Number tab Under Category choose Number Change the decimal places to 0

    I have data that is displayed in a graph. The data does not have much of a range of values. For example 1, 2, 3 4. When the chart is displayed the Y axis is 0.5 ,1 ,1.5, 2, 2.5 etc... How would I change the Y axis to whole numbers eg, 1,2,3 etc,,

    Skip I have changed the criteria. However if I change < to > it does not include the blank cells

    Thanks for the help so far. The first part of the formula is fine however the formula posted by Glenn lists all which had been sold before the date and all blanks. I need all after the date and blanks.
