Did you Try to reset the system Yet? Once done, Program 1 ext and copy to the rest of the Exts 21~36 ( 16 DN's), don't forget to restrict dialing 1 thru 0 single digit across the board, allow toll free numbers 1-800/877/866 etc and 911 dialing in exceptions....and then add user access codes for...- DurhamITTech
