Programmed Speed Dial Erased On All M7310 Sets?
there were no other changes on the set. it would appear the soft key buttons went back to a default setting with feature codes. the sets retained their original dn's and settings such as line button identifications. very perplexed!- swood111

on a 0x32 w/ 5.1 software all the user entered speed dial numbers on the one touch softkeys has been erased on all m7310 sets. i checked the event log and no serious maintenance issues were recorded. what would make this happened? to say the least the client is quite upset. any help is...- swood111
