Hello, I am from Mitel world trying to start servicing Nortel BCM50. There are 2 lines (073 and 074 appearing on 2 extensions 2225 and 2226). Ideal scenario - they both ring on both sets, if no one answers after 6 rings - 073 should go to 2225 voicemal box, 074 would go to 2226 VM. But somehow...
