i'm agree , this is my case, i'm using a reputable spam firewall but it's not the case for the partners of my compagny....
it's hard to have to explain this to a end user...it's a real nightmare..
i don't know why i'm backlisted in list.dsbl.org because all tests are ok on http://www.dnsbl.info/
the website is up but the service not !! Some system use apparentely a DSBL cache where i'm still blacklisted :(
When the DSBL service will be up , we will have the possibility to send mails....
therefore , i have temporary actived a NAT to an other IP public address but it's not working to...

DSBL: Dead? Broken?
DSBL, the Distributed Sender Blackhole List, seems to have gone missing. The website, at www.dsbl.org, appears not to be responding. Their mail server is offline, and any DNS mirrors still responding seem to be hosting...

when i'm trying to send message from my SMTP server i'm receiving this error :
