    IP Office forward to Voicemail

    I have a customer that wants to have 1 phone act like an answering machine. No other phones will have voicemail. I am putting in 11.0 Essential mode with 9508 phones. I've tried several different things but nothing makes that phone answer an external incoming call. Help

    Thanks everybody. I will check the release when I get back there. Sounds like that will be the reason. The phones are the early version of T7316(not E).

    4.1 to 4.1 XC Voice Mail Light doesn't work

    I upgraded an MICS from 4.1 to 4.1 XC and now when users get a voice mail, the lights on the T7316(not E) do not light when they get a voice mail. It definitely worked prior to the upgrade.
