We are trying to connect an SRG50 to a 1000M. The idea is that we will use some of the sets and connect them to the CCM 6.0 we have on the PBX. All the sets on the SRG will have local inbound and outbound DID. In a SIP setup, the sets would not recognize the local inbound and outbound PRI, all...
the problems we're having are:
-can't get incoming call display
-SIP would not work, had to use H323
-when making outgoing calls there is a 6 second delay before any ring tone is returned.
-in SIP we could not get the DID on the local PRI to the SRG to be recognized.
We are currently trying to set up an SRG 50 running off of a CSE 1000M and utilizing PRI on the SRG. We are having difficulties with the SRG recognizing and accepting the local PRI for inbound and outbound calling. Is anyone out there using this type of scenerio?
We have CCM 6 and we are finally ready to institute the option of giving callers the option of leaving a queue a leaving a message for us. Does anyone have an example of a script we could look at to see how we do this? thanks.
