    Netscape hangs on certain pages

    A vendor is developing a web app for my organization and when I test it, the below page takes a very long time to load using Netscape Communicator 4, but works fine with IE. The vendor says this is a know problem and there is nothing they can do about it. Does anybody know anything about this...
