I have a customer with a BCM 50. For whatever reason, the line appearances for extensions don't show up on the phones they are programmed at. For instance, if someone at 221 is on the phone, it won't show in the display on 224 even though it's programmed to. Any ideas? Thanks.

I doubt that there are stuck buttons on every phone. I'm going out to this site tomorrow because now apparently when they do a F986, the extension only rings. This is messed up.
