This is a side note (more of a contingency) for another issue I was having with not being able to restore BCM telephony from BRU utility.
Anyone know of anyway to view the actual files in a plain text format to decipher what the settings for reprogramming the BCM by hand?

I pulled these from the old drive's 'Patchhistory.xml" file and these are the patches applied on old drive.

BCM hard drive had to be replaced. F: Drive had an NNInactive (registry/software mismatch problem) that Nortel States can only be resolved by replacing the hard drive.
Changed hard drive with Nortel factory 3.6 hard drive and tried to restore. Nothing else changed except the hard drive...
Have a BCM 400 (3.6) and trying to restore telephony from BRU and am getting a error in the BRU.rep.txt file stating "at the moment it is not possible to perform telephony restore. Try again later"
Phone extensions all out of order and nothing is as before. Any suggestions?
