    1. Sorry -- it's Office 2007. 2. We may have to copy and paste, if necessary, but I'm trying to standardize the workflow for the users in my department. They use the "insert text" option for including blocks of text in Word, so I was trying to do the same thing in Excel, to keep things simpler...

    1. In Word, it's here: Insert > Object > Text from file... 2. It's a paragraph, or a short description. This will only need to be placed in one cell. Other imported text will be placed in other cells, as needed. 3. It will be an ongoing thing. Thanks!
