    Thank you for your reply Ettienne Accpac version is 5.0A Windows OS is Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, Service Pack 1 The user has full access to the Windows/Temp folder... I check so by creating a file and deleting a file from the server Hopefully, you can guide me further.. Thanks
