Run-time error '35021' Can't find project or library. Here is the line: Set ref = References.AddFromFile("C:\Temp\AddAllToList.mdb") Just found something though...the AddAllToList.mdb I was referring to is Access97...used one that was XP...and it worked fine. Yes I change it to a valid path...the code does not error...but if I step through ref.name is "object variable or with block variable not set"? Thanks, Mark- markamatte

Thanks again for the code...but when I run it...I don't get errors but ref.name is "object variable or with block variable not set"? I did replace db1.mdb with a known database name. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mark- markamatte
