Good Morning! The agent was working fine now all of a sudden she can't stay logged in. No changes were made to her station or agent id. I checked capacity and it is fine...the only change was made to the headset and not by the Telecom Group. Any ideas?
I have an ISDN-PRI trunk that connects to my my Avaya Predictive Dialer PC 4.0 and the PRI blocks us using the outgoing caller id using the Predictive Dialer - Help! The PRI is local Bellsouth.
