    FXO to FXS not ringing!!!!

    I can't speak on Cisco, but every FXO/FXS circuit I have worked with--had a Ring generator. It could be a built-in or external device. The point is: you need something to make your phones ring & supply ringing voltage at the FXS end (usually: 65 to 110 Volts-AC at 20 or 25hz).
