I have a new(refurbished) feeder unit, but it still can't print, the paper just starts through the feeder when it stops and says jam at A, left side door open
I can't get my printer to do that. However, regarding my last reply, you can set the printer tray default to "Auto", and select multi-purpose tray from the Printer properties.
Select Print
Choose your printer
click on properties
select the paper/quality tab
under tray selection choose...
Go to menu
select Printer defaults
select Default tray
select multipurpose
push ok
push back arrow
push back arrow until it says ready/info
This works for me, However I don't have any software, other than the drivers installed, since I don't have the software that originally came with it.
