We are trying to export our .wav file menu recordings from Call Pilot's Application Builder and we are receiving an error message indicating that, "A telset connection is required to export a voice item".
Does anyone know what this means and how we can get past this?

Unfortunately, you cannot modify a global variable in a script, so using a global boolean to control the opening and closing of your contact centre will not work.
It's not clear to me how to use a specific CDN to invoke the emergency either, but this could be worthy of investigation.

I'm not too sure. I suppose that if ACD had kicked in while these calls were in Symposium, that Symposium might not be able to report on the information anymore. The problem with that theory is that when the RTD is refreshed it does show the skillsets again, indicating that it was in charge of...
