What I didn't notice was that there was a tab under the Advanced Settings called "Interl (R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile".
When I opened it there were additional options and under one of those I could change the properties of the monitor to 75 Mhz.
All is well now.
I just started using a flat screen monitor attached to my laptop so I could have two monitors for my desk top.
The laptop is an HP/Compaq nc6400 and monitor is an Acer AL1917W. When I do this I get a lot of flickering on the flat screen.

I have had an ATI All-in-wonder 7500 card for years and sometimes I use it to watch TV. Last week I bought a 2nd video card (EVGA e-GeForce FX5200 PCI) so I could do a dual monitor setup.
Works great except for watching TV. When I try to launch the TV viewer software I get the error...
My bad about the card. It's a 7500 All-in-Wonder card.

Thanks for your reply. It would be great if I could do that but the card I have does NOT have two video ports. It just has a DVI-I connector and no VGA connector as the review states.
There must be different 'models' of the 7500.
