Activity/Inactivity monitoring
I have a homemade Customer Service portal, based in ASP, that requires my CSRs to login to use. I currently use myPhpAdmin queries to track the work that the CSRs do. Unfortunately, this 'count' only takes into account when a record is changed. Is there an easy way to track activity/inactivity...- bdatws1
