no answers goes to general delivery
We recently ported two exsisting number to our PRI, but I cannot get the personal greeting to pickup when the phone in not answered unless you dail the ext number by way of general delivery mailbox. if I dial the seven digits(last four being the ext) the greeetig answers as I want it to. please...- papaproc
