    I'm sorry, I'm not very good with Microsoft Project and neither with the English language. Maybe I wasn't explicit enough. What I wanted to know is how can I make sure that on the _resource sheet_ there are only unique resources. I don't want the same resource name twice in the list.

    How can I create a custom field that has unique data that I personally enter? More specific: I want my resources not to be duplicated by mistake so each time I enter a new resource to be sure it isn't in already.
