I know some of you are also experiencing tickets or issues severity 1 that ALL PHONES NOT WORKING!!!, but in end result it is always more than 90% that it is a network problem.BUT is there any command in our PBX side that there a network outage occurred???.

do'nt know,if there is a command that let us know what is the serial number of the ip phone extensions? on ASA,i know there is in the config on each unit but need to go around for all extensions to know.Please advise..Thanks
