    How do i copy a VMWare iamge from one server to another?

    Hi All, First post :-) I have 2 machines running 1.03 server I want to copy a VM from one to the other. I have tried simply copying the whole dir. I have tried changing the name of the vmdk, all I ever get when I start is a blank black screen. Any pointers? Thanks
