Hi Andrew Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it. I've managed to locate the hidden folder although I'm not still not too sure what exactly I would be deleting should I choose to delete it? Hi all I'd really appreciate your help with this so here goes...I'm a newbie to illustrator and downloaded the trial version of CS3 the other night.
