    PBX's are old technology and are strictly analog. Your company should try migrating to a DS-1 or better. Your connections are slow because you are running a 28.8 connection. At least upgrading to a 56K V90 would be better<br> ( 40 -45k). Also, if available, look into a cable modem.

    CLEC Mystery

    First, have you checked with your local and state licencing <br> departments? They have alot of info on exactly what you need to do to register as a CLEC. Have you thought of an SS7 solution as well as terminating equipment?
