Figured it out myself. I needed to log on as a domain admin in order to install fonts. Apparently that's what the error message was telling me.

Thanks for the advice. I did as suggested, and the response was, "The number refers to a Non Prime Attendant Group." I looked in Attendant Forms but didn't find the setting there. Should I be looking somewhere else? Thanks
