Vodavi Music on Hold problems
I have a customer with a Vodavi Starplus STSe key system. He wants MOH and I can't seem to get it to work. The manual says to put the music feed on the vg/gv pair to the switch and all should be OK...It don't work.. Can anyone help.Thanks, Tony- ampm99

ACS R7 Processor Issue
Every R7 I installed over the past few months had problems. I only install R6s now. Watch out for the DND on the R6b models. It transfers to the operator instead of the extension mailbox.- ampm99
