    Reporting latest result from ACT contact history

    Act! by itself will not allow that level of filtering. You can do this with Crystal Reports though if you have a Crystal guru around.

    The "Reports" menu

    You first need to create a 'custom command' pointing to the report and then add it to the menu. Do a search in Act!'s online help for 'menus' and you will find all the details you need.
