    That's what I meant. I wanted to make sure that if i delete them from the email client they will still show in the ACT records.

    Hi, When I send/recieve an email I either attach it to the contact, or create a history using the subject and message. Do I have to keep these emails or will they not show in my database anymore if I delete them out of the ACT email system? Thanks for any help!
