    The routers where connected using IPsec to a Sonicwall which we have taken out. VPN has to be setup on the routers as there are IP Phones at the home users. Will a Cisco 2811 Router be able to do the VPN tunnel?

    Echo/Scratchy noise on incoming calls over SIP Trunk

    phoneguy610 - The IPO connects to Cisco switch on the LAN port. The switch is default and only carries voice traffic. phoneguy610 - The Polycom's are connected using SIP Westi - DMP is on. I have tested with it on and off.

    Hi I don't think it's the size of the link that's the problem because if I move the IPO onto the 5mb link which is used for data they have the same problem. However there polycom phones don't have echo on them only the Avaya handsets.

    The voice is on it's own link which is a 1mb fibre link. I was onsite today with no other users and I had the same problem.

    Got it working. Copied my ip500v2.bin file to my remote folder and I can now upgrade the control unit. Thanks for all the help everyone.

    My BIN file directory is pointing to the manager folder and the bin.cfg as well as the ip500v2.bin file is in the folder. The BIN directory doesn't have to be the same as the cfg directory as my desktop is setup this way.
