    Spyware/Virus issue... ?

    look I have read many post's here and I came out with this solution....I had problems with my CPU, high CPU and Kernel almost 100% everytime but I read somewhere here that in task manager at the "Processes" tab the System Idle Process tells how much CPU is not used:D so I just looked at the CPU...
